Cancelled Event: If the organizers cancel the training event due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees are generally eligible for a full refund.
Rescheduled Event: If a training is rescheduled, refund policies may state that all purchases will be honored for the new event date, or attendees may be given the option of a full refund
Refund Considerations:
- Substitutions are allowed for registered attendees who cannot attend the conference. Please notify the organizer by email three days before.
- Refunds for "No Show" will result in a forfeiture of registration fees.
- Administrative Fees of $50 will be required for cancellation. Notify organizers by email within three days, transaction fees applied for refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days as a money order; a transaction fee will be applied.
- Unprofessional behavior such bullying, threatening, harassing, mocking or the use of foul language will not be tolerated at any time; participants will be dismissed. There are no refunds.
